A Quincy commissioner and the city’s manager engaged in a shouting match.
The city’s mayor instructed the city manager to ignore complaints from residents.
And two commissioners expressed concern with the legality of the meeting, asked why it was rescheduled from June 11 without commissioners voting on the schedule change and alleged a violation of the city’s charter.
Friday evening’s Quincy commission meeting at City Hall featured accusations, recriminations and more.
