Faith Walk
in Chattahoochee
Come join a faith walk for healing, deliverance, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, saving of souls, breakthrough or whatever you need from God. This Faith Walk started on the first Saturday this year at 8  a.m. at Jim Woodruff Dam in Chattahoochee. Pastor -Elect Elder John Harris Jr. and the congregation of Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church, 703 4th St., Quincy, invite the community to their annual Pre-Valentine breakfast at 9 a.m.  Saturday, Feb. 7.Elder Jennifer Pollock, of Chattahoochee, will be the speaker. Tickets are $7 for the breakfast and can be purchased at the door.
The church will also host the annual Red and White Program at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8. Evangelist Taleshia Miller, of Quincy, will be the speaker.

Beulah Hill
Beulah Hill M. B. Church, 14533 Main St., Gretna, will host its annual Black History Program at the church at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Dr. Cecil L. Wilson along with his choir and congregation from St. Mary’s Missionary Baptist Church in Blountstown. The theme for the occasion is: “The African American Responsibility: Remember the Deliverance of the Past to Restore Hope for the Future.”  Cultural and historical items that represent black history will also be on display in the church lobby.  Following the program, dinner will be served featuring traditional African-American food dishes.  All are welcome to attend.  The Rev. The Rev. Louisa L. Thomas and the members of Steward Temple AME Church cordially invites the community to come and worship with “THE TEMPLE” Sons of Allen at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15.  The speaker will be the Rev. C. Morris of the New Bethel AME Church of Quincy. The Three River’s Ministerial Association Inc. of Chattahoochee will observe its annual Black History Enlightenment Program at 4 p.m. EST Sunday, Feb.15, at Greater Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 560 E. There will be an appreciation program to honor Pastor Shirley Morris “A Rose for the Lord”. Her radio show is on WTAL 1450AM. The community is invited to the program at First Restored Church of Jesus Christ Inc., 867 Joe Adams Road. Quincy, Pastor Hattie Harper.  Program starts at 4 p.m. Feb. 15. The Hope For Women Organization sponsors the event.
