    Princess Alma Holmes, 90, of Orlando, FL, died Tuesday, June 19, 2012.  She was a native of Gadsden County, FL.  Ms. Holmes was a member of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Orlando.  Viewing will be Tuesday, June 26 at Woodlawn Funeral Home from 4-6pm.  Funeral Services will be Wednesday, June 27 at 11am at the funeral home.

    George D. May, 83, of Atlanta, GA died June 18, 2012. Mr. May was born in Quincy, FL. He graduated from Georgia Tech and served in the US Air Force. Following his honorable military service, he returned to Georgia Tech where he completed his Master’s degree. He taught at Georgia Tech until 1968. After leaving teaching he spent the rest of his career doing engineering consulting with a focus on structural engineering.
