  • Kelly W. Clark

    Kelly W. Clark, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011. The service was held Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Quincy, with private interment at Old Philadelphia Church Cemetery. The family recieved friends at 10:00 am.in the church parlor until the service.

  • J.E. Little

    J.E. Little was born September 14, 1921, in Ponce De Leon, Florida. He passed away Friday, December 16, 2011 in Tallahassee at age 90.

    He served with the Apalachicola Army National Guard from 1940- 1945. He was also a former member of the Apalachicola Police Department in the 40’s he retired as Captain with the State Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco after 34 years of service. J. E. was a member of the Florida Sheriff’s Association for 56 years, a past commander of the W.R. Marks Post # 106 and member in both the VFW and American Legion.

  • Joe Bundy

    Joe Bundy, 86, passed away on December 13, 2011 at his home in Greensboro, Florida after a lengthy illness. He was born in 1925 in Miller County, Ga. He worked for Quincy Coca Cola until his retirement in 1983.

    He is survived by two daughters, Carolyn (Don) Fletcher of the Sawdust Community and Sherrie Gibbs (Rusty) of Tallahassee. Two grand children: Stephen Fletcher of the Sawdust Community and Crystal Owens of Tallahassee.He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Grace Todd Bundy in 1997. He was also a member of Providence Baptist Church.

    Robert Fisher, 81, of Quincy, Florida died on Saturday, December 17, 2011 in Tallahassee, Florida. Services are Friday, December 23, 2011 at Tabernacle of Christ Written in Heaven at 1:00 p.m. Burial at Sunnyvale Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, December 22, 2011 from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

    Charles Parker, Sr.,57, of Havana passed away on December 6, 2011.  Funeral services were Saturday, December 17 at Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church in Havana.  Visitation was held on Friday, December 16 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ivey Funeral Home (850-627-1956).

    Marjorie May “Madge” Clayton McMahon, widow of Hugh Vincent McMahon, Jr., died November 18 in Greenville, SC, from complications of dementia.  She was 91 years old. Marj was born July 13, 1920 in Quincy, daughter of Virgie Andrews and Orlando John Clayton.  Siblings Florida Victoria, Clara Vertie and Orlando John Jr. died as infants; sisters Virginia Davis, a longtime Quincy resident, and Shellievieve predeceased Marj.

    Cathlyn E. Booth, 59, of Tallahassee, FL, passed away on November 22, 2011 in Tallahassee, FL. Survivors include: husband, Terry Booth; daughters: Erica Booth, Prudence Browne, Fyrene Booth and Valviter Booth; Sons: Dexter Browne and Christopher Browne and a host of other relatives and friends. Services were entrusted to Crawford and Moultry Funeral Home.
