    Odis Lyons, 84, of Quincy, Florida died on Sunday, February 19, 2012, in Tallahassee, FL. Services are Saturday, February 25, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Arnett Chapel A.M.E. Church. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Chattahoochee, Florida. Visitation will be Friday, February 24, 2012 from 1-7. Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

  • Eustice Bradwell Sr.

    Eustice Bradwell Sr., affectionately known as Plug, 92 of Havana, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at home.  A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor at  2 PM Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church.

    Clarence Augustus Wright, 92, of Gretna, FL, died on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Gretna.  A native of Frankin County, he was a member of Beaulah Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Gretna, Fl, where his service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, February 23, 2012.  He will be interred with military honors in the St. Paul P.B. Church Cemetery in Gretna. 

  • Mary Louise Lynn Washington

    Mary Louise Lynn Washington, 73, of Havana, Florida died on Saturday, February 4, 2012 in Tallahassee, Florida. Services were Saturday, February 11, 2012 at New Jerusalem in Havana, Florida. Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Havana, Florida. Betsey Funeral Home of Quincy, Florida was in charge of arrangements.

    She was born in Eufala, Alabama and was employed as a grandparent coordinator.

  • Frances Jackson

    Frances Jackson, 53, of Tallahassee, died on Monday, January 30, 2012 in Tallahassee.  She was a member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church where her services were held 11 AM Saturday February 11, 2012.  She was interred in the Mt. Pilgrim Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Quincy.  Bradwell Mortuary of Quincy was in charge of the services.

    Michelle Campbell, 51, of Quincy, Florida died on Saturday, February 11, 2012 in Tallahassee, Florida. Services are Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at New Life Ministries. Burial will be at Sunnyvale Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, February 17, 2012 from 1-7 p.m. Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

  • Wayne Hanna

    Wayne Hanna, 77, of Greensboro died February 1, 2012 surrounded by his loved ones. A lifelong resident of Gadsden County, Wayne was best known for his successful business interest and his commitment to public service. He was born in 1934 at his family home on Hanna Mill Pond near the Hardaway community.

  • Ross A. Ellwood, Jr.

    Ross A. Ellwood, Jr., 83, of Sarasota, died January 27, 2012 in Bradenton. He is survived by his life partner, G. David York of Sarasota. Ross was a veteran of the U.S Navy and retired from Florida Power and Light Company after 32 years in Customer Service.

    Other survivors include various cousins in Florida and Long Island, New York.

  • Edward Earl Pettiford

    Edward Earl Pettiford, 78, of Quincy, Florida, died on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 in Gadsden County, Florida.  A native of North Carolina, he was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.  The service was held 11 AM Monday, November 21, 2011 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Quincy.  He was preceded in death by his parents Cleo and Walter Pettiford. 

  • Infant, Marshae Christopher O’Neal Jr.

    Infant, Marshae Christopher O’Neal Jr.of Quincy, Florida died on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, in Tallahassee, Florida. Services were Monday, January 23, 2012 at Sunnyvale Cemetery. Burial was at Sunnyvale Cemetery. Williams Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

    Survivors are: Mother, Shyniese Burns of Quincy, Florida and Father, Marshae Christopher O’Neal of Quincy, Florida.
