• New Beginnings Assembly of God in Havana is hosting “Living an Extraordinary Life,” to help attendees answer the question, “Can my life get any better?” The programs are being held on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. For more information, call 364-5137.

• Take it to the Streets Ministry Inc. hosts a community Bible study at Carter-Parramore Academy the first and third Monday each month at 7 p.m. Refreshments are served.

 The Gadsden County Public Library System will be presenting a series of adult computer training workshops through May 5.  Classes will run 5:45-7:45 p.m. at the McGill Library in Quincy, Havana Library and Cowen Library in Chattahoochee.  Topics to be covered include Computer Basics, Internet Explorer, E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Registration is limited to availability each night of class.  Arrive early to book your seat.  See the complete schedule below, or phone 627-7106 for more information.

• On the Move for Jesus will host a men’s conference through Feb.19, beginning at 7 p.m. nightly. Every third Sunday is leadership meeting.

• The annual Betty Williams Keaton Scholarship Gospel Extravaganza will be held at First Elizabeth MB Church in Quincy Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. Sponsored by the Williams family and the Gadsden Mass Choir, the event will raise scholarship funds for local students.
