Work set to begin after Urgent Care move

The Urgent Care Center at Gadsden Community Hospital has moved to the western wing of the hospital so that renovations can begin on the former emergency room in preparation for the reopening of the hospital by June 21, 2009.

The move was necessary because of the extensive work that will be required.

A large red and white sign now directs those in need of services to the parking area and the new entrance, which is closer to the first driveway, heading east.
