Mount Zion Primitive Baptist Church, corner of 9th and Crawford in Quincy, announces the June Clothing Give-Away. There are clothing items for youth and adults available free of charge. Everyone is invited to come out for free items from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 22.

to host VBS

Get-together at New Zion

Revival coming to Quincy
New Direction Christian Center would like to extend an invitation to all pastors, ministers, county and government officials and members of the body of Christ to attend a city-wide Revival entitled, “Walls Are Coming Down.” The purpose of the revival is to break down racial, doctrinal and denominational barriers and bring unity to the local church. The opening night will start at 7 p.m. Monday, June 23, with Pastor Bob Wells from Christ Town Ministries in Quincy. The official kickoff night will start at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, with Pastor Torrey Phillips from St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church in Quincy. He will also minister at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, and Thursday, June 26. The public is invited.
