Ora Mae Ayers Harris

Mrs. Ora Mae Ayers Harris, 88, of Gallion, Alabama, died on Saturday, August 25, 2012 in Quincy, Florida.  She was a native of Marengo County, Alabama and she was a member of Gilfield M.B. Church.  Her service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at the Gilfield M.B. Church in Gallion, Alabama and she will be interred in the Gilfield Community Cemetery, immediately following the service.  The family will recieve friends for viewing from 4PM to 6 PM on Thursday August 30, 2012 at Bradwell Mortuary Memorial Chapel 850-627-3700.  There will be a wake held from 6PM to 7PM. 

Mrs. Ora is survived by her son, Douglas M. Harris and his wife Pat of Quincy; her sisters, Willie Mae Ayers of Gallion, AL and Janie Gay of Chicago, IL; her brothers, Eddie Ayers (Elizabeth) of Gallion, AL and Albert Ayers, Jr (Dixie) of Robilene, LA.; grandsons, Emilio Harris (Cindy) of Norfolk, VA, Douglas Harris (Shala) of Jacksonville, FL, Jerome Tarver (Kenya) of McDonough, GAand Patrick Harris of Quincy; great granddaughters, Deanna, Destiny and DeKya of Norfolk, VA, Kynadi of Quincy, Sydney of Jacksonville, FL; Sumyr of Missouri City, TX and Malaysia of Quincy; and her great-grandson, Patrick II of Quincy. Bradwell Mortuary of Quincy is in charge of the complete arrangements.
