Jermaine Dwight Booker, 20, of Havana passed away on Friday March 9, 2012 in Quincy, Florida. He was funeralized on Saturday March 17, 2012 at New Jerusalem MB Church in Havana, Florida and interred in the St. Paul Cemetery in Gretna, Florida. He was a student and was loved by all whom he encountered.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his mother, Priscilla Perryman of Havana; father, James D. Booker Jr. of Tampa; sisters, Talana Perryman, Tamika Hatcher and Jessica Booker, all of Havana; brother, Kelvin Perryman of Milton; grandmother, Annie Jean Ward Perryman of Havana; aunts, Ammie Knight (Tommy) of Mt. Pleasant, Rita Goodson, Gloria Perryman and Brenda James Newton, all of Havana, Loretta Perryman of Quincy, Barbara Ann Booker and Teresa Booker, both of Tampa; uncles, Robert Perryman of Tallahassee, Edward Perryman of Havana and Frederick Perryman (Iris) of Gainesville; neices, Star Booker, Kyra Symone Thomas and Tamia Renee Hatcher, all of Havana; a special friend Horace Chandles and a host of other cousins relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him.
