Jaguars lose a pair of games

The East Gadsden High School Jaguars played Monday and Saturday baseball games and found themselves on the wrong end of 9-2 scores both days.

On Monday, three Maclay pitchers combined to throw a three-hitter at East Gadsden.

John Price, Anthony Matthews and Marqious Murray collected the Jaguar hits.

Conner Jacobson was the winning pitcher for Maclay. Jared Romero had two hits for the Tallahassee team, as did Brad Richardson. One of Richardson's hits was a home run.

Wakulla County handed East Gadsden their Saturday loss. The game actually began Thursday but bad weather forced it to be continued Saturday.

Rance McBradney was the winning pitcher for Wakulla County. McBradley had two hits in the game. Zach Stinson also had two hits for the Eagles.

Cameron Jackson collected a pair of hits for the Jaguars.

East Gadsden has a busy schedule this week. On Monday they played at Wakulla, and on Tuesday they hosted John Paul.

On Thursday they play at FAMU and Friday they're at Bay High.
