• New Beginnings Assembly of God in Havana is hosting “Living an Extraordinary Life,” to help attendees answer the question, “Can my life get any better?” The programs are being held on Sunday morningsat 10:30 a.m.. For more information, call 364-5137.

• Take it to the Streets Ministry Inc. hosts a community Bible study at Carter-Parramore Academy the first and third Monday each month at 7 p.m. Refreshments are served.

• New Zion AME Church will host The Spiritual Starlettes’s 28th anniversary Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. Guest preacher is Al Baldwin, and music will be provided by New Zion Choir. A musical program will be held Feb. 27 at 7 p.m., and an anniversary sermon will be preached Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. by Darrell Britt, with music from the Walker Family. Another musical program will be held Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday services will be held at Salem AME Church in Greensboro.

• St. Joseph MB Church will host its 10th annual women’s conference Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. A workshop will be held Feb. 27 at 9 a.m. and lunch will be provided.

• Second Elizabeth MB Church is hosting a special worship service focused on the 12 tribes of Israel Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. Guest speaker will be Alonzo Harrison.

• Fountain Head AME Church will host a Black History program at 11 a.m. Feb. 28, and attendees are asked to wear African attire.

• St. Stephens PB Church will host a Black History program Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. with Quincy city Commissioner Derrick Elias as guest speaker.

• Agape Christian Fellowship Center will host a Black History program Feb. 28 at 6 p.m., a prayer breakfast March 6 at 10 a.m. and a scholarship service March 7 at 6 p.m.
