• Agape Christian Fellowship holds Sunday School each week at 9 a.m., followed by morning worship at 10:30.

• St. Mary MB Church holds Sunday School each Sunday (except for third Sundays) at 9:45 a.m., followed by worship at 11. On the third Sunday, it begins at 8 a.m. Bible study is each Wednesday at 6 p.m.

• Thomas Memorial Baptist Church holds Sunday morning worship services at 8;30 and 11 a.m. each week, along with 9:45 a.m. Sunday School. Evening worship begins at 6.

• Church of Jesus Christ Holy Mission Pentacostal hosts church school each week at 11 a.m. and services at noon. Sunday evening services start at 6 p.m.

• Highly Exalted Ministries Inc. hosts a worship service each Sunday at 10 a.m., with a Bible study each Wednesday at 8 p.m.

• Mt. Zion CME Church holds Sunday School on the first, third and fourth Sundays at 10 a.m. followed by worship at 11 and on second Sundays at 8 a.m. Bible study is held each Wednesday at 7 p.m.

• Church of Redeemed Believers hosts Sunday School each week at 10 a.m., followed by worship at 11, and Bible study each Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. The church will host revival Oct. 13-16 at 7:30 p.m. nightly, with guest speaker, Curtis Lollis.

• St. Stephens PB Church hosts Sunday School each week at 9:30 a.m., followed by worship at 11 on the first, second and third Sundays.Fourth Sundays are Youth Sundays. Wednesday night Bible study begins at 7 p.m.

• Fountainhead AME Church holds services each first, second and fourth Sunday at 11 a.m. and a Bible study each Wednesday evening at 7 p.m.

• Antioch MB Church will host a pastor appreciation service Oct. 8 and 9 at 7 p.m. and Oct. 11 at 11 a.m., along with a banquet at 6 p.m. Oct. 10.

• Greater Harvest Christian Fellowship Church in Gretna holds Christian education at 9:15 a.m. each Sunday, followed by a worship service at 10:15 a.m.

• Greater Bethel MB Church has two locations: Greater Bethel East, 320 Washington St. in Quincy, meets at 9 a.m. each Sunday, and Greater Bethel West, 560 E. MLK Jr. Blvd. in Chattahoochee, meets at 10 a.m. for Sunday School followed by worship at 11 each Sunday, and at 7:30 p.m. each Wednesday for Bible study.

• Corinth Christian Fellowship hosts worship services and Bible study Sundays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. in the conference room of Comfort Inn Suites at Interstate 10 in Midway.

• Sycamore United Methodist Church will host its annual homecoming  Oct. 11 with guest speaker Rev. Terry Wines, former pastor. A covered dish dinner will follow.

• Annointed Vessels of Praise will celebrate their anniversary Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. and Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. On Sunday, Rev. Clarence Jackson II will be the guest speaker. The church is located at 209 S. Duval St. in Quincy.

• St. Mary CME Church holds Sunday School at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday; and worship services on the first, second, fourth and fifth Sundays at 11 a.m. and on third Sunday at 8 a.m. Bible study  is held every Wednesday at 6 p.m.  The church is located at 2772 Mt. Pleasant Rd.

• Antioch MB Church in Quincy will host pastor appreciation services Oct. 8 and 9 at 7 p.m., Oct. 10 at 6 p.m. with a banquet in the church fellowship hall and Oct. 11 at 11 a.m.

• Sycamore United Methodist Church in Quincy will host homecoming Oct. 11. Speaker is the church’s former pastor, Rev. Terry Wines. A covered dish dinner will follow.

• Bethlehem MB Church will hold a special choir porgram Oct. 17 at 6:30 p.m. The church hosts Wednesday night Bible study at 7 p.m. each week.

• Because I Care Outreach Ministry will host a youth in the community conference Oct. 24-25 at the Parkway Conference Center in Quincy. Call Linda Childress at 528-8979 for more information.

• New Bethel AME Church holds Sunday School each week at 9:30 a.m., followed by worship at 11. A worship time is held each Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m., followed by Bible study at 7.

• Old Bethel AME Church will host a Family and Friends pew rally Oct. 18 at 3 p.m.. Rev. Leroy Colston is the guest speaker.

• The Church of Jesus Christ Holy Mission Pentecostal will host a three-night revival Oct. 12-14 at 7:30 p.m. nightly, featuring John Battles Sr. as the guest speaker.

• Arnett Chapel will host the Annie Shaw Women Missionary Society celebration Oct. 11 at 4 p.m., with guest speaker Rev. Mark Woodard.

• New Jerusalem MB Church in Havana is celebration October as Family Month. There will be special services and a family conference Oct. 26-28 at 7 p.m., with guest speaker, Aurthur Jackson III, and a family festival at Havana Elementary School Oct. 31, with games and food.
