Bobcats take two, record at 12-2

R.F. Munroe continued its winning ways in baseball last week, defeating John Paul II Tuesday and Altha Thursday.

The Bobcats won 9-4 over John Paul II in a district game at Munroe.

Brock Hinson pitched a complete game to pick up his fourth win of the year. He allowed only six hits and fanned eight in the game.

Clay Kramm and Sam Young led the Munroe offense with two hits each. One of Kramm's hits was a home run.

The Bobcats defeated Altha 12-2 Thursday in a mercy rule game in Altha. Munroe had a big seven-run first inning to get things started right.

Kramm, Parth Patel and Kendall Weeks had two hits and an RBI each in the game and Kramm was the winning pitcher.

Munroe's record is 12-2. The Bobcats are off for spring break and will next play April 2 at Wakulla County.
