This past week marked the end of regular season volleyball contests for FHSAA member schools. This week all four teams will be participating in district play, hoping to extend their seasons with post-season play. Results from last week, however include:

MUNROE VS. NORTH BAY HAVEN: The Lady Cats put together a very good effort on Senior Night, defeating North Bay Haven of Panama City in four games. Three of the four games were very close with the Lady Cats winning game 1 25-23, game 3 26-24 and game 4 25-23.

Karleebeth Perkins and Maddey Pappadakis combined for 14 kills, senior Olivia Fletcher added 6 kills and Victoria Anderson 5 kills. Ramsey Higdon served six aces and Fletcher added five. Higdon added three blocks and Katie Howell recorded two. Fletcher, on her senior night, also led defensively with 8 digs.

MUNROE VS GODBY: Munroe defeated Godby in Tallahassee in three straight games winning 25-17, 25-21, and 25-14. Pappadakis led in several categories with five kills, 13 aces and 8 assists. Morgan Bot added 9 assists and Kadejah Glynn had 10 digs.

MUNROE VS JOHN PAUL II: The John Paul II Panthers continued their domination over Munroe in volleyball winning in quick fashion with scores of 25-12, 25-6 , 25-18. Kills were hard to come by, and Olivia Fletcher led with four. Fletcher and Higdon combined for 11 digs on defense.

Munroe ended their regular season of volleyball 8-15, but more importantly, they are the No. 1 one seed in their District 1-2A tournament played at FAMU this week. Bobcats got a bye to the finals where they will play the winner of FAMU and Tallavana Christian on Thursday at 6 p.m.

EAST GADSDEN VS FAMU: East Gadsden lost their final match of the season to FAMU-DRS in three straight. The Rattlers won 25-10, 25-12, 25-9.—
